All interested investors must first be approved as Accredited Investors before Poseidon will entertain any offers to invest funds and/or assets. Any and all investment in Poseidon are made subject to the terms and conditions of the Fund, the Subscription Agreement, Investment Management Agreement, Offering Memorandum and any and all other documents pertinent and central to the Funds investment activities. Any potential investor acknowledges the inherent risk involved with the Asset Class, including the risk of a complete loss of investment. Investment in the Asset Class involves a high degree of risk and Investors should not invest any funds unless they can afford to lose their investment in their entirety.
